Natural Stress Solutions – A 10-Week Virtual Group Series

What is Stress?

Stress is a broad term and can apply to many different sensations, experiences or circumstances.  It can show up differently in each of our lives and cause us to react in unique ways.  Some of us may experience brief and manageable bouts of stress that we can easily brush aside, while others may experience such high levels of stress that we can fall into anxiety,  mood swings, physical symptoms, and more.  For some people, stress is all of these sensations wrapped up together in one, not-so-pretty package.  However you are experiencing stress, I want you to know that I there are many tools within you that can help you manage your stress on a daily basis and I’d really like to share them with you.

How Do You Manage Stress Naturally?

The cool part about stress (yes, believe or not, there’s a cool part) is that if we learn to understand it, we can start to understand why it is showing up and what it is trying to tell us.  Knowledge is power, and this understanding between you and your stress levels is the key to managing them.  High stress, even though it has very many real physical symptoms, is a product of your response to outside stimuli or a learned response to whatever your personal triggers are.  Anything learned can be unlearned and this unlearning process is exactly how you manage your stress naturally.

In this 10-week course, we will work together to get to know and understand your stress better than it knows itself.  We will use a variety of modalities to create this connection, including guided meditations, visualization techniques, embodiment exercises, breathing techniques, and journaling, to name a few.  All of these are incredibly useful techniques to learn to handle your stress in a healthier manner.

The best part?  You will also get to experience the benefits of a group dynamic!  Stress is always better when it’s managed with friends, right?  Let’s build a community of support for one another.  

What Can I Expect?

While you can’t expect to feel perfect after this course (because perfect is the Unicorn and we all have some stress in our lives), you can certainly expect to walk away from our work together with a much better understanding of what heightens your stress levels, as well as a whole toolbox of valuable techniques to manage them naturally that you can take with you on the rest of your journey.  You will begin to learn, through trial and error, which of these techniques speak to you in the greatest capacity, while others you may choose to just tuck into the back of your mind for use at a later date.  Either way, you will certainly have a much calmer relationship with triggers (and dare I say, perhaps even an appreciation for everything you have learned from your stress responses).

The next virtual group training begins on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 7 PM – 8:30 PM EST and continues each Tuesday thereafter through Tuesday, May 25, 2021.  

COST: $200 for the entire 10-weeks.  

REQUIREMENTS:  You must have access to Zoom and a reliable internet connection.  Be prepared, also, to devote about 1-2 hours per week to your “homework” assignments.
